Subscription Information

 No matter what your age you should consider having a subscription. Accidents and medical emergencies can happen at any time. Most insurance companies do not pay for the total cost of ambulance transportation. A subscription can save you significant money and our rates are very affordable.

Community Ambulance Service, Inc  (CAS) offers a membership program to the residents of Venango County.

Our membership drive runs from May 1^st through July 31^st annually. The benefit of being a member of Community Ambulance Service, Inc is you will not have any out of pocket expenses for any emergency service provided where law permits.

Subscription Rates:

·        Senior Citizen                                   $29.00

·        Nursing Home Resident                  $29.00

·        Senior Citizen Couple                      $34.00

·        Individual                                          $34.00

·        Household                                         $39.00

Wheelchair Information:

PLEASE NOTE:

·        Wheelchair transports are not billable to any insurance companies including MEDICARE.

·        Non-Emergency ambulance transportation is not billable to any insurance companies including MEDICARE unless they are Medically Necessary, and the proper forms are signed by a physician prior to the transport.
